Alan Wade named LA28 Show Jumping Course Designer

The FEI (Fédération Équestre Internationale) has officially announced Alan Wade as the Show Jumping course designer for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games (LA28).

LA28 will bring Olympic equestrian sport to California, showcasing the world’s best riders and horses in one of the decade’s most anticipated events.

Who is Alan Wade?

Wade, from Tipperary, Ireland, is a highly respected FEI Level 4 Course Designer known for clever, fair, rider-and-horse–focused courses. His résumé includes the 2018 World Equestrian Games (Tryon), the 2017 FEI World Cup™ Final (Omaha), and service as assistant designer at the London 2012 Olympics. His selection for LA28 Show Jumping signals a technical, balanced, and spectator-friendly Olympic test
